NAME: Hitachiin Hikaru
FANDOM: Ouran High School Host Club

APPEARANCE: Hikaru has short reddish-orange hair with a part on the right side of his head and combed to his left. His eyes are golden light brown, and he looks exactly like his younger twin brother, Kaoru, except Kaoru's hair part is on the left side of his head and combed to his right. Since their mother is a fashion designer (with her own brand even), the twins tend to wear rather stylish clothes. Outside of school and formal events, Hikaru wears clothes that are different than Kaoru's, the latter liking light colors. In their "Brotherly-Love" act in the Host Club at their school, he is the seme, so he does the flirting and such to his younger twin.
PERSONALITY: Together, the twins are a pair of devilish troublemakers, willing to pull any prank they can think up. They tend to talk (and move) in perfect unison of each other and are easily bored (once even driving the rest of the Club nuts with a mock-fight due to their boredom). Before Haruhi's arrival, no one has been able to tell them apart. They liked to play a game called the "Which one is Hikaru-kun?" game. This game, though seemingly innocent to other people, was important to the twins, because though they didn't want to be told apart, at the same time, they truly wished to be recognized as individuals. And, Haruhi had been the first one to be right at telling the twins apart.
Separately, Hikaru has a rather short temper at times. Though more forward in his actions and such, he is insecure and less mature than his younger twin. Unable to control his own emotions, he tends to throw them around, which makes him seem rather childish. If separated from his twin, he would panic and worry himself crazy until he and Kaoru find each other again.
The twins are co-dependent on each other, having been together all their lives. They are hardly ever seen apart. Prior to the Host Club, they always thought of themselves as "us" and the rest of the world as "them", and due to no one being able to tell them apart, they thought that the rest of the world was filled with idiots, so didn't interact with anyone outside of "us". Now, although they're learning to interact with other people outside of themselves, they still tend to prefer the world of "us" to "them".
